How this Singapore event-services guide is researched

Providers are included for active Singapore service, relevant event work and verifiable public evidence. Prices, client names and operating years come from official provider sources where possible. Google rating snapshots link to the matching Maps profile and are dated because they change.

Source hierarchy

What counts as evidence

1. Official provider sources

Service pages, current price lists, About pages, named portfolio labels, client walls and attributable testimonials are the primary evidence.

2. Direct Google profiles

Ratings and counts are shown only when a Singapore business profile can be matched with confidence. The score links directly to Google Maps.

3. Limited secondary evidence

Incorporation or archived operation evidence may clarify chronology, but it is labelled precisely and never turned into an unsupported founding claim.

4. Explicit uncertainty

“Quote required”, “rating not shown”, “portfolio documented by” and “historical price” preserve meaningful gaps rather than filling them with guesses.

Rules

Selection, order and corrections

InclusionWorking public website, active Singapore event service, relevant portfolio and enough evidence for a useful profile.
OrderOldest to newest by the earliest supportable relevant operating evidence. Approximate, incorporation and page-publication dates are labelled; undated providers follow alphabetically.
“Best” wordingA search-intent description, not an award or universal rank. Navigation numbers do not represent quality.
ClientsNamed only when shown by the provider in a client list, portfolio, case study or attributable testimonial. Venues are not automatically clients.
ReviewsDated snapshots, never copied review text. No Review or AggregateRating schema is added for third-party Google ratings.
ImagesProvider marks are locally hosted for identification. Portfolio photographs are not republished without a clear permission basis.
CorrectionsEmail editorial@livekip.com with the exact statement and a current public supporting URL.

Current edition: v1.2.0. Main photographer sources checked across 11–18 July 2026; photo-booth and videographer source audits completed 18 July 2026.

Maintenance

What gets rechecked

Quarterly

High-change items such as public prices, profile matches, Google counts, service availability and broken official links.

Before major updates

All displayed rates and review signals, chronology evidence, new provider inclusion and material conflicts between pages.

On correction

A supplied source is checked against the exact statement. Corrections do not require payment, reciprocal links or placement agreements.

Change discipline

The “updated” date changes only when facts, analysis or the guide structure materially changes.

Quick answers

Editorial methodology FAQs

Each answer is written to stand on its own for search and AI retrieval.

Are providers ranked by payment?

No paid placement, referral fee or booking commission determines the order in this edition. The sequence follows documented operating history, then alphabetical order for undated providers.

Why are some prices missing?

A provider is marked “quote required” when no stable public event rate was found. General market estimates and unrelated service prices are not presented as its package.

Why are some Google ratings missing?

A score is omitted when the matching Singapore profile or its current aggregate cannot be verified confidently. A direct map link may still be supplied for the reader to check.

Are full Google reviews copied?

No. The guide shows dated aggregate signals and direct profile links, not reviewer text.

How can a provider request a correction?

Email editorial@livekip.com with the exact statement, the proposed correction and a public supporting URL.

Does inclusion mean endorsement?

No. Inclusion means the provider met the evidence and relevance criteria. Organisers must still verify availability, insurance, portfolio fit, quote, contract and current reviews.
